I’ve been in the family catering business for over 20 years now. Learning the in and out of the business propelled me to understand my roots. I wanted to cook. The joy on the peoples faces when they enjoyed the dishes I prepared put a smile on my face. That’s the appreciation I strive for.
In 2015, I ventured out and wanted to make a name for myself. Learning the different cultures of cuisine has given me the knowledge to use various ingredients. The curiosity for wagyu has drawn me in. I wanted to understand the background story of how the cows were raised. The passion for wagyu has led me here today, specializing in preparing wagyu as a professional catering chef.
Due to COVID-19 stay at home orders and not able to visit clients homes, I’ve started to sell wagyu and seafood at wholesale prices.
